Up until earlier this week, I was a big chicken tenders guy. Go through the same line at lunch every other day to get those tender pieces of chicken, a small salad, and those crispy, golden fries. Up until I saw those white words on the television above the line, Buffalo Chicken Wrap. I settled into my seat at the lunch table eager to chow into the wrap, I was expecting no more than an odd tortilla with odder chicken in the middle. To my surprise I opened the red and white paper, and immediatley noticed the warm steam coming from the tortilla and took my first bite. It was like heaven going through my taste buds, and each ingredient was present. Now I’m a big Buffalo Chicken Wrap guy.
