Mrs. Tribou… And her Cupcakes
Mrs. Tribou, a fantastic literature teacher, who takes pride in her job, brings pastry to her students in her elective class: Writers Workshop. In this class students are divided into purple and gold groups. One week, a group is assigned to write a simple piece about something they are enjoying. The second group is responsible for writing a more vital article. One time, she brought delicious homemade chocolate chip cookies made by her mother. This was such a sweet and thoughtful thing to do. I have never had a teacher bring homemade cookies for her class. Another week, she got a delightful Parisian dessert, macaroons. Mrs. Tribou has also brought these delicious chocolate and vanilla cupcakes. It makes me content to have a teacher who goes out of her way to get desserts for students. The fact that she puts a lot of thought into her students shows how sweet of a person she is. This week Mrs. Tribou also brought these delicious homemade chocolate cupcakes specially made with love by her mother. Before fall break, Mrs. Tribou is planning a party for her students. She is planning for students to bring desserts and savory snacks to celebrate leaving for fall break.

Suits
While not everyone is particularly thrilled about watching a bunch of lawyers argue about pro bono cases and what bylaws they can loophole their merry way around, Suits somehow manages to draw the attention of your average person and get them wrapped around the plot tighter than a restraining order keeps your uncle away from elementary schools. Following the very egocentric Harvey Specter and the stoner genius with a fake degree and impostor syndrome Mike Ross, the teacher and apprentice navigate their way through office and courtroom intrigue while somehow making you care for their every move. Suits cannot come more highly recommended if you are looking for a show to binge.

Castlevania: Nocturne
I am SO excited because on September 28th (the day I’m writing this) Castlevania: Nocturne will be released on Netflix! Although I’ll probably have to find a pirating site to watch it, I’m still excited for it! I have watched the first four seasons, and now that the sequel is coming, I’m curious to see how many seasons will be in it. Castlevania: Nocturne follows Richter Belmont, who is the future descendant of Trevor Belmont, and Sypha Belnades from the first four seasons. I’m so stoked to see what adventures and action Richter and his allies will go through in this sequel and maybe the man himself, Alucard, will show up again!

The Big Bang Theory is Still Good
One of my favorite shows that I would recommend is the Big Bang Theory. It is a hilarious show about social and science misfits who learn how to be personable from their eclectic neighbor Penny. It might be corny, but it is also about true friendship. For example, in season 1, episode 14, Penny makes Leonard feel bad about his collection of action figures after the transportation of a life-sized time machine makes her late for work. He feels awful about it as he really likes her and wants to change for her. He tries to give away his collection, but Sheldon, Howard, and Raj stop him because they want him to be himself and not change for someone else. It has become a guide on how to make loyal friends and that is what I have, and what I hope to keep.
