Have you heard of Men’s Volleyball at CHS? If you haven’t, or if you have and you are a guy, you should be interested. The season (the third season at CHS) starts after spring break (tryouts will be held sometime that week). An average team is 10-12 players but in the state tournament a school can have more than one team so there is no cap on members. If you are even slightly interested you should come out.

Practice is only 2 days a week. This is not a GHSA recognized sport, but it is pushing to be one, which means the more players the merrier. The team travels to Forest Park for the annual State playoffs, a tournament with around 10-15 other teams.

One prospective player said, “I don’t know what to expect, because I’ve never done this before. But I do hope to have a lot of fun through the season.”
